When guests under 18 stay without a guardian, or when minors stay together, we require submission of a minor guest stay agreement signed by a parent or legal guardian.

⚠️ Important points to confirm
- An agreement is required for every minor guestWhen a group of minors stays together, agreements are required for all minor guests, not only the representative.
- If consent cannot be confirmed at check-inIf the agreement is not submitted or parental consent cannot be confirmed, we may contact the parent or guardian by phone on the spot. (In that case, a completed agreement must be submitted later by fax or mail.)
- Compliance with rules and mannersPlease ask guardians to instruct minors in advance to follow house rules and not to drink alcohol, smoke, or engage in other prohibited activities. We may contact guardians during the stay if necessary.
When using our hotel for arena concert trips, sports events, or school club training camps, we appreciate your cooperation in preparing documents in advance.
