We offer calm Japanese-style rooms (limited to two rooms in the main building) where you and your beloved dog can stay at ease.
When staying with a pet, we ask for a few items at check-in so that all guests can enjoy a safe, comfortable stay.
Please be sure to read the following before booking or arriving.
1. Please complete and bring the pet stay agreement in advance
Before your stay, please download and print the pet stay agreement below, fill in the required information, and submit it at the front desk at check-in.

2. Documents to bring and present on the day
At check-in, please present the following along with the agreement.
- Proof of combined vaccination for your pet (vaccination record, etc.)
- Proof of rabies vaccination
⚠️ In-house etiquette and requests (summary)
- Outside guest rooms (lobby, corridors, etc.), please keep your pet on a leash or carry them.
- At bedtime, please keep your pet in the dedicated pet enclosure provided in the room.
- If accidents or damage to facilities occur in the room, you may be charged the actual repair cost.
Availability is limited (main building, two rooms only), so we recommend booking early for weekends and event dates. Enjoy a special time in Hakodate with your dog while relaxing in our quality natural hot spring and sauna.
