From April 1, 2026, a accommodation tax (from ¥200) and a hot-spring tax (¥100) will be collected at the front desk separately from your room charge.

Can I enter or leave the hotel after 10:00 p.m.?

The front desk is open until 10:00 p.m. The main entrance is locked from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.; please use the night entrance when going out during those hours.

What should I do in an emergency at night?

After 10:00 p.m., please call the contact number posted in front of the 1st-floor front desk. We work with our security partner Maruzen Systems (0138-31-6730, 24 hours) to maintain safety around the clock.

Yes. Complimentary hair dryers are provided according to room type.

[Standard rooms] A free hair dryer is available near the TV in your room.

Note: Hair dryers in the 1st-floor hot-spring lounge are coin-operated (¥30 for 3 minutes). Please use the in-room or wash-area dryers if you prefer free use.

Depending on room location, there may be no outlet at the bedside. Extension cords are available at the front desk—please ask if you need one.
